I'd like to thank you for taking the time and working with me in my search for a home. While other realtors did not call back or were rude over the phone you actually took the time to drive all the way to Lancaster and show me homes. You were very honest about the situation in the real estate market and advised me about how I should approach any offer I made but even then you let me make my own decisions. Once my offer was accepted you made sure that everything was in place to get me into my new home as soon as possible. While there were conflicts during the process because of the seller I was always getting updates from either you or Deborah your assistant. I contacted Dan on a property I was interested in. He contacted me back right away stating, because of my situation, he had another property in mind that I might like better. He sent me details and pictures of the property. I asked a lot of questions and he always got back to me in a few hours on the answers.
