Wonderful custom home w/outstanding 800 sq. ft. granny flat included in sq. ft. Built to high standards. Permits pulled in '91 but home was actually completed & lived in, in 1993. Located in desirable Eucalyptus Hills. Assessor Record shows 3BR/3BA, but there are 3.5 baths and several bonus rooms in add'n to the granny flat.
